350. Theme 70 ~Culture~

Since food is such an important part of every culture, I thought I’d highlight one of the most popular foods of the Turkish culture….doner kabob, which originated in the 19th century.  Actually, this is what it looks like before it’s sliced.  That’s one of the chefs, Nedim, who was probably wondering why this crazy American woman wanted to take a photo of him & his doner!
