  1. I love this photo! Great shot.

  2. Great shadow shot! I picked the theme before I saw your title – I always consider it to be a supremely successful shot when the theme is so clear just by looking. Wonderful capture!

  3. I haven’t been to your site in a while, boy you have some great shots here. I promise to look more often.

  4. What fabulous lines and patterns. I love that the bits of the structure are orange and have the shapes large.

  5. Great curves and variations in the light and shadow – a terrific photo!

  6. Love the shadows that create a beautiful textured effect.

  7. This is worthy of framing! There are so many textures here, it is hard to count. The texture on the different surfaces, and especially on the bark makes a different texture of its own in the little cubicals the shadows make. The pole has its elongated shapes – and don’t overlook the stripes. Besides that, the composition, light and colors are striking. Wonderful! You must have waited for the sun to be just right to capture this shot!!!!!

Oh, yes. Message left for you back on my site: #62 Computer

  8. I’m sure if you search really hard you could find a more intricate shadow, but until then this one is STUPENDOUS, what an eye you have Mrs Wolfe.

  9. Great curved shadow. It leads the eye from the background to the foreground.

  10. Wow! This is fantastic! You were so smart to concentrate on the ground and shadows rather than the entire structure. All the lines and interesting details draw me in and keep my interest. 🙂

  11. Good eye to pick out the interesting in something we see every day!

  12. What a lovely pattern the shadows make!

  13. Very cool against those wood chips! Nice eye and what great designs!
