  1. I love this take on button, but – wow! – lots of rules for crossing a street.

  2. Great interpretation of the theme, Madelaine.

  3. Great take on the theme and a good angle. I never think those buttons work so maybe they just wanted to give you something to pass the time.

  4. Ha! I like this shot for the button theme. Nice, clear instructions!

  5. Great shot for the theme. I’m still laughing about the huge sign painted in one foot letters on a crossing in my city – Pedestrians must give way to trams. A no brainer, given the size of a Melbourne tram and the size of an average pedestrian, you would think.

  6. Another ordinary thing that we see all the time but don’t take the time to pay attention to it – but now turned into a terrific photo op! Great imagination to fit the theme!

  7. HOw many people do you think actually have read those directions?

  8. because common sense isn’t common anymore? by the time you read all that, you could have been across! lol Great idea for the theme!

  9. Great theme shot but I hate posts that tell MEE what to do, don’t you. And you still have to give way to snow ploughs.

  10. This is a wonderful shot – I like that you got slightly lower than normal to take it. Nice detail and interesting background too…

  11. Yes that is great, I was wondering how people would interpret. Guess I better get busy, great shot.

  12. Very imaginative – I would have never thought of this as button!
